Risk factors modification as a preventive strategy in mortality reduction caused by digestive organs malignant neoplasms

Purpose of this study is to research contribution chronic non-communicable diseases (CNCDs) risk factors (RF) the prevalence rate digestive organs and risks system malignant neoplasms development in context Omsk region municipal districts. Material methods: analysis includes following (RF): unhealthy diets, overweight, harmful use alcohol, physical inactivity with proved causal relationship such as stomach duodenal ulcer, gastritis duodenitis, liver fibrosis cirrhosis, (MNP): esophageal cancer, colon rectal cancer intrahepatic bile ducts cancer. This used Russian Federation Federal State Statistics Service statistic material. Statistic material processing was conducted using traditional correlation estimation reliability data differences method. Correlation carried out online-calculator statistics on www.medstatistic.ru website. Results: group districts most unfavorable population mortality rates for has “unhealthy diets” RF associated high development, “overweight” colorectal “harmful alcohol” pancreatic “physical inactivity” development. Conclusion: made it possible determine priorities primary prevention oncological strategy form key MNP groups among be targeted by preventive measures.
